ZNF384 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA527587
PA5-27587 targets ZNF384 in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-27587 immunogen is recombit fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 144 of Human ZNF384. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles. This gene contains long CAG trinucleotide repeats coding consecutive glutamine residues. The gene product may functions as a transcription factor, with a potential role in the regulation of neurodevelopment or neuroplasticity. The protein appears to bind and regulate the promoters of MMP1, MMP3, MMP7 and COL1A1. Studies in mouse suggest that nuclear matrix transcription factors (NP/NMP4) may be part of a general mechanical pathway that couples cell construction and function during extracellular matrix remodeling. Multiple transcript variants encoding several isoforms have been found for this gene.
