Dade Actin™ Activated Cephaloplastin reagent has moderate sensitivity to factor deficiencies (VIII, IX, XI, and XII) in the intrinsic system. It is the ideal choice for institutions requiring a moderate screening APTT reagent for routine testing. Dade Actin™ Activated Cephaloplastin reagent has low heparin sensitivity, allowing the monitoring of heparin therapy even with high heparin dosage. It has moderate sensitivity to lupus anticoagulants.
