Description
DyNAmo cDNA Synthesis Kit is intended for cDNA synthesis in two-step reverse transcription-quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) applications, where amplicons are usually around 100 bp in length. This kit can be used in conjunction with any qPCR master mix.
The DyNAmo cDNA Synthesis Kit includes a M-MuLV RNase H+ reverse transcriptase and all other necessary reagents for cDNA synthesis prior to qPCR. Either total RNA, messenger RNA, viral RNA or in vitro transcribed RNA can be used as a template for reverse transcription. The kit includes both random primers and oligo(dT) primers as separate vials, offering users flexibility in their choice of priming strategy, including the option to use gene-specific primers. Reagents deliver the specified number of reactions to a final reaction volume of 20 µL.
The DyNAmo cDNA Synthesis Kit includes all necessary reagents for cDNA synthesis from various RNA sources. Total RNA, messenger RNA, viral RNA or in vitro transcribed RNA can all be used as a template for reverse transcription.- Specifically optimized for quantitative RT-PCR
