|Preparation Method||To dissolve, add Con A slowly to a solution of 10mM HEPES buffered saline, 100μM CaCl2, pH 8.5. Allow the lectin to dissolve without agitation.|
|Storage Requirements||Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (−20°C) or add 0.08% NaN3 and refrigerate (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at −20°C or for up to 3 months at 4°C.|
