Native, PP2A1 from bovine kidney. A divalent cation-independent protein serine/threonine phosphatase involved in the control of numerous cellular processes. Has a catalytic subunit of 36kDa, a subunit of 55kDa, and a regulatory subunit of 60kDa. Reported to associate with microtubules and to bind to purified tubulin polymerized by TAXOL™ Drug.
