The bonded powdered activated carbon filter uses a design to remove organic tastes and odors, chlorine and sediment. Ideal for low or highly variable flow applications since flow cannot channel through the media like granular carbon cartridges††. Cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts are also removed with the 0.5-micron design.

Cartridges are made from FDA compliant materials and meet NSF Standard 42 for materials.
