    • 10-Micron sintered inboard filter, nozzle, poppet and other internal parts PCTFE seat
    • PTFE-resin seals to minimize outgassing and contamination of gas stream
    • Diffusion-resistant, 316L stainless-steel diaphragm packless valve installed on the outlet
    • 2 in. (50.8mm) dual-scale gauges
    • Withstand internal vacuums generated during purging operations

    • Inboard leak rate <1 x 10-9cc/sec. (helium)
    • Operating temperature: -40° to +60°C (-40° to +140°F)
