The kit consists of a high-performance, anion-exchange purification medium that combines excellent flow characteristics with an exceptional capacity and specificity for plasmid DNA.

  • High column capacity allows for a proportional yield for input sample volume of 25 to 50mL (for high copy number plasmid) and up to 500mL for low copy number plasmid
  • Provides plasmid DNA with excellent purity and low endotoxin levels
