Product # 31132 reacts with the light chains of human IgG and with the light chains common to other human immunoglobulins, but not with the Fc portion of human IgG or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with bovine, horse and mouse serum proteins. However, the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. Store product at 4°C until opened. After opening, dilute only enough antibody for a single day's use.
