MA5-17999 targets H-2KbDb in FACS applications and shows reactivity with Mouse samples. The MA5-17999 immunogen is mouse H-2KbDb.

H-2KbDb monoclonal antibody is specific for cells expressing the H-2K antigen coded for by the b haplotype, and for cells expressing the H-2D antigen coded for by the b haplotype. HLA and MHC antibodies play a significant role in Immunopeptidomics, facilitating the identification and characterization of neoantigens through high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem Mass Spectrometry.
