Applications Reported: Rat IgG2b Isotype Control eFluor® 450 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: eFluor® 450 Rat IgG2b Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody. Excitation: 405 nm; Emission: 445 nm; Laser: Violet Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
