The kit depletes CD8+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes and erythrocytes. The negatively isolated human CD4+ T-cells are left in sample and have not been in contact with Dynabeads. The bead and antibody-free CD4+ T-cells are truly untouched, and in perfect shape for any functional assay and application.
