ITIH1 Polyclonal Antibody, Invitrogen™
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific PA11755
Description
PA1-1755 detects HC1 from human and mouse samples. PA1-1755 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence and immunohistochemical staining of paraffin embedded tissue sections. The PA1-1755 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues Q V Q E S L P E L S N. This immunizing peptide (PEP-303) is available for neutralization and control experiments. PA1-1755 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-301.
The inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitors (ITI) are a family of structurally related plasma serine protease inhibitors involved in extracellular matrix stabilization and in prevention of tumor metastasis. The ITI family contains multiple proteins made up of a light chain (see MIM 176870) and a variable number of heavy chains (Salier et al., 1987 [PubMed 2446322]; Himmelfarb et al., 2004 [PubMed 14744536]).
