Quick and precise sizing of double-stranded DNA fragments on agarose gels
  • Supplied at 0.5µg per µl in TE buffer (pH 8.0)
  • Sufficient quantity for 100 loadings (using 1µl per loading after mixing with tracking dye)
  • 11 easily-identifiable bands from 0.5 to 10.0kb (when run on a 0.8% agarose gel):
    0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 8.0, and 10.0kb
  • Bands stain with approximately the same intensity, except for the 1.0kb band, which is three times the intensity of the other bands
