No metal or coated-metal parts within the Ryton™ pumpheads; prevents pitting and corroding. Structured PTFE diaphragms supply consisent, reliable vacuum levels; not dependent on water pressure or temperature. Kalrez™ valves exhibit high tolerance to occasional liquid condensate, so a trap is not required except in those applications where large volumes of liquid are anticipated.
