Epredia™ Lab Vision™ CD105/Endoglin/TGFβ 1/3 Receptor Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody with BSA and azide
Obtain accurate and reliable results in immunohistochemistry experiments with Epredia™ CD105/Endoglin/TGF β 1/3 Receptor, Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Supplier: Epredia™ RB9291P1
Description
CD105 or Endoglin or GP160 is a Type I transmembrane protein, which is highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It exists as an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Up-regulation of endoglin expression has been demonstrated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, suggesting that it is a proliferation-associated endothelial cell marker. CD105 binds to TGF-β1 and β3 with high affinity but not TGF-β2.Host Species: Rabbit
