Supplier: Epredia™ MS1915R1
Description
CD30 has been extensively studied as an important cell surface marker on many lymphomas of diverse origin and as an activation molecule of T and B cells. CD30 is a 120kDa single chain transmembrane glycoprotein that is derived from a 90kDa precursor by processing in the golgi complex. CD30 first designated Ki-1, is expressed by mononuclear cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma, Reed Sternberg cells and most Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphomas (ALCL). CD30 is also expressed by embryonal carcinomas.Host Species: Mouse
