This 4A4-A4 monoclonal antibody recognizes human and mouse mature Lamin A. Applications Reported: This 4A4-A4 antibody has been reported for use in western blotting, immunocytochemistry and immunoprecipitation. Applications Tested: This 4A4-A4 antibody has been tested by western blotting of human cell line lysates. This may be used at 0.2 μg/mL. This 4A4-A4 antibody has also been tested by immunocytochemistry on A549 cells. This may be used at 0.06 μg/mL.
