The Corning Digital Vortexer is a multipurpose shaker dedicated to a variety of shaking and mixing applications. Three easily removable and interchangeable platforms accommodate many different sample containers such as flasks, bottles, tube racks, plates, boxes, and dishes. The clamp platform has spring loaded retaining bars that adjust to fit vessels of different shapes and sizes. The microplate platform is designed to securely hold up to four microplates. Operation of the vortexer can be timed or continuous, while the speed is variable. The broad speed range allows the vortexer to be used for gentle mixing as well as vigorous agitation. A powerful motor, and a chemically resistant and easy to clean surface makes the equipment a perfect choice for years of trouble-free use.
