Description

For improved staining on formalin-fixed sections, it is recommended to preincubate with 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 5 mintues at 720 Watts in a microwave oven. Material fixed with sensofix and sublimate buffered formalin do not need pretreatment.
