- The less dense lymphocytes remain as a clearly defined band at the plasma Lymphosep interface
- Provides:
- In vitro isolation of lymphocytes from diluted whole blood
- Maximum yield of mononuclear cells
- Easy one-step centrifugation
- >96% cell viability of lymphocytes
