Description

Provides the high binding and retention capacity that characterizes PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) membranes and high mechanical strength that permits convenient handling and withstands multiple re-probing. Low background and resulting superior signal-to-noise performance obtained with this membrane enables picogram detection levels of proteins in immunoblotting applications. Yields low background levels with use of Tropix chemiluminescent substrates and secondary antibody conjugates, enabling ultrasensitive detection. Recommended for immunoblotting applications where sensitivity is important.
