The TC9500 is a microprocessor-based, digital indicating, single-loop temperature controller.

  • Ramp/Soak feature allows up to 40-step profile
  • Outlet receptacle for direct plug-in of heaters and other resistive devices
  • Provides excellent control accuracy and power capabilities
  • Accepts eight thermocouple types (J, K, T, E, N, B, R, S) with mini-connectors, thermistor probes with 0.25 in. phono plugs, RTD probes with standard 3-pin ANSI™ connectors, or Oakton™/Digi-Sense RTD probe connector
  • Field calibrations help to improve system accuracy by entering offset value to correct for individual probe error
  • View both measured and set point temperatures simultaneously on easy-to-use, two-line alphanumeric display
  • Temperature scale selectable to read in °F, °C, K (Kelvin) or °R (Rankine)
  • Front panel LEDs indicate output and alarm conditions
  • Multiple control modes from simple On/Off control to sophisticated autotuning PID control
  • USB computer interface, alarm relay and free software that features real-time graphing and programming setup
  • Includes: Audible alarm, external alarm relay output and grid support bracket

  • Automatic shut down of output power to load device in case of broken sensor or control loop break
  • Overtemp feature protection shuts down the system if the user- settable over-temperature or timer is exceeded
