Description

Obtain flat, even banding patterns while conserving valuable bench space with the Thermo Scientific™ Owl™ D4 Horizontal Electrophoresis System.

Features:
  • Designed to provide flat, even banding patterns and consistent results with no tape, grease, agarose seals or other accessories.
  • Can run one gel tray (51 samples) in the buffer chamber, or to save bench space, two stacked trays (102 samples).
  • Two 16 x 17cm UV Transmissible (UVT) gel trays accommodate up to three combs each, allowing the user to run up to three series of samples equal distances.
  • Stand-alone casting platform included for casting two gels simultaneously.
  • A single gel can be cast right in the buffer chamber or in the external caster.

  • Buffer chamber (buffer volume, 1.8L)
  • Three-point leveling base
