Thermo Scientific™ Phire™ Hot Start DNA Polymerase is the older version of this polymerase. For an upgraded version, please see Phire Hot Start II DNA Polymerase.

Note: Phire Hot-Start DNA Polymerase has been upgraded to new Phire Hot Start II DNA Polymerase (F-122S and F-122L). Current Phire Hot Start customers can switch to Phire Hot Start II with no changes needed to existing protocols or primers. Original Phire Hot Start will remain available for purchase, however, all new customers are advised to purchase Phire Hot Start II to allow more flexibility in primer design.
