Phospho-Bcl-6 (Ser333) Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA540231
This antibody is predicted to react with human and rat based on sequence homology.a zinc finger transcription factor and contains an N-terminal BTB/POZ domain. A sequence-specific repressor of transcription, and has been shown to modulate the transcription of START-dependent IL-4 responses of B cells. Mediates transcriptional repression and interacts with components of histone deacetylase co-repressor complexes including N-CoR and SMRT. The gene is frequently translocated and hypermutated in diffuse large-cell lymphoma (DLCL), and may be involved in the pathogenesis of DLCL.
