R&D Systems™ Recombinant Human Chitinase 3-like 1 Protein, CF
Extensive quality control produces industry leading bioactivity and lot-to-lot consistency that instills confidence in results and ensures reproducibility. Applications: Bioactivity
Supplier: R&D Systems™ 2599CH050
Description
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of FaDu human squamous cell carcinoma cells. When 5 x 104 cells per well are added to recombinant human CHI3-L1 coated plate, cell adhesion is enhanced in a dose dependent manner. The ED50 for this effect is 0.6-2.4 μg/mL.Specifications
