SCAMP1 Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse, Rat, Polyclonal, Proteintech
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech Group Inc 153271AP150UL
Description
Secretory carrier membrane proteins (SCAMPs) are proteins that are components of post-Golgi membranes. These ubiquitously expressed proteins are implicated to function in membrane trafficking. In fibroblasts, SCAMPs are concentrated in compartments that are involved in the recycling of cell surface receptors and endocytosis. In neurons, SCAMPs are associated with synaptic vesicles, secretion granules and transporter vesicles. Of the three known SCAMPs, SCAMP 1 is the most abundant. SCAMP 1 has been shown to be required for the full execution of stable exocytosis in mast cells.Specifications
