  • Backdraft ventilation for efficient and quiet capture of fumes across work surface
  • Three ventilation system options: recirculating exhaust, external exhaust, or remote exhaust:

Recirculating Exhaust: For existing labs or labs without facility exhaust, it may be necessary to filter and recirculate the air. Specify a unit with an integral blower and filters. Use of filters required.
External Exhaust: For distances that do not exceed 20 ft. (6.1m), you may choose a unit with an integral blower and filters that may be connected to your existing exhaust duct. Use of filters required for application.
Remote Exhaust: For facilities that can supply an exhaust duct and remote blower system which provides airflow of 400cfm (0.189 cu. m/s), a ducted unit will best suit your needs. No filters required.

Plumbing Specifications

  • Two 1/2 in.(1.3cm) industrial-grade flexible hoses with 3/4 in. (1.9cm) female hose fittings are supplied for connection to the facility cold and hot water supply line
  • One 3/4 in.(1.9cm) I.D. reinforced flexible hose is supplied for connection to the facility drain line
