CD200 Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag, Invitrogen Sino Biological
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Gly 232) of human CD200 (NP_005935.4) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 10886H08H50
DescriptionCluster of Differentiation 200 (CD200), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized recombinant human CD200 at 1µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind human CD200R1-Fc with a linear range of 0.12-16ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
Shipping Condition: Room Temperature. This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
