Sino Biological CD27 Recombinant Mouse Protein, His Tag
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Arg 182) of mouse CD27 (NP_001028298.1) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 50110M08H5
DescriptionCluster of Differentiation 27 (CD27), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized recombinant mouse CD27 at 2µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind human CD70 with a linear range of 78-1250pg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
