Sino Biological EPHB2 Recombinant Human Protein (without Catalytic Activity Domain), His Tag
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Leu 543) of human EphB2 (NP_059145.2) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 10762H08H25
DescriptionEph Receptor B2 (EPHB2), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.
- Activity: Measured by its ability to bind recombinant human EFNB2/Fc chimera in a functional ELISA
- Formulation: 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
