FCGR3A (CD16a) Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag, Invitrogen Sino Biological
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1- Gln 208) of human FCGR3A (P08637-1) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 10389H08H250
DescriptionFc gamma receptor III-a (FCGR3A/CD16a), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.
- Activity: Using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of CD16a bound to Human IgG1 was 180nM
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
