Sino Biological NOV Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the full length of human NOV (NP_002505.1) (Met 1-Met 357) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 10264H08B5
DescriptionNephroblastoma Overexpressed (NOV), recombinant human protein is supplied in frozen format. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, and performing cell based assays. It can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in other research applications.
- Activity: Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells; when cells are added to NOV coated plates (10µg/mL, 100µL/well), 50%-60% will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37°C
- Formulation: 50mM Tris, 100mM NaCl, 0.5mM PMSF, 10mM Imidazole, 10% glycerol, pH 7.4
- Reconstitution: No reconstitution needed
