Sino Biological PIGR Recombinant Mouse Protein, His Tag
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Arg 638, 365 Ser/Gly) of human PIGR (NP_002635.2) fused to a C-terminal polyhistidine tag
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 50119M08H50
DescriptionPolymeric Immunoglobulin Receptor (PIGR), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized recombinant mouse PIGR at 5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind mouse IgM with a linear range of 0.156-10µg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
