Sino Biological PVR (CD155) Recombinant Mouse Protein, hIgG1-Fc.His Tag
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Arg 345) of mouse PVR precursor (NP_081790.1) precursor fused to the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 50259M03H250
DescriptionPoliovirus receptor (PVR/CD155), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized mouse DNAM1 at 2µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind mouse PVR with a linear range of 6.4-160ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 50mM Tris, 10mM NaCl, pH 7.5, 100mM Glycine, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
