Sino Biological PVR (CD155) Recombinant Mouse Protein, His Tag
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Arg 345) of mouse PVR precursor (NP_081790.1) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Invitrogen 50259M08H250
DescriptionPoliovirus receptor (PVR/CD155), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, and performing cell based assays. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.
- Activity: Measured by its ability to bind recombinant mouse CD226/DNAM-1; immobilized recombinant mouse PVR at 1µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind recombinant mouse CD226/DNAM-1 with a linear range of 0.78-100ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
