DescriptionTumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 21 (TNFRSF21), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
- Activity: 1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; 2. Immobilized recombinant human DR6-Fc (Mfr. No. 10175-H02H) at 10µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind biotinylated human APP-Fc (Mfr. No. 10703-H02H) with a linear range of 0.03-0.25µg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 50mM Tris, 100mM Glycine, 10mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
