Sklar Black Joseph Skin Hook, Sklar, 6-1/4 in., 2 Prongs Sharp, Stainless Steel with Reduced Reflectivity Polymer Coating. The Sklar Black Joseph Skin Hook is a handheld retractor commonly used for holding back the edges of skin during laser intranasal and pharyngeal procedures. It is available with a single or dual prong, sharp hook. The handle is often round and knurled and it tapers to the hook end. Sklar Black Laser instruments feature a non-reflective black polymer coating applied over the sandblasted instrument developed specifically for laser surgeries. This safe, durable coating reduces laser reflection to less than one-tenth of a percent, ensuring a safer surgical environment for patients and surgical staff. This product is straight with a sharp, double prong, hook tip and a length of 6-1/4 inches. The space between the two prongs is 7mm.
