Description

Fit-test kit offers an easy and economical method of fit-testing disposable and reusable NIOSH-approved respirators, including 42CFR84 respirators with N, R, or P filters. Bitrex, an extremely bitter solution, is easy to detect by test subjects. 2 oz. (60mL) vial of test solution lasts for 10 to 20 fit tests. Training video shows and describes qualitative fit-test procedures for Bitrex and IAA (banana oil). Covers directions for a complete fit-test, including sensitivity screening, the actual fit-test and documenting fit-test findings.
