Used when the filtered serum can be immediately poured off for analysis.

Disposable devices for filtering fibrin from the serum portion of centrifuged blood samples contained in standard 13 mm I.D. collection tubes.

 

  • Standard model is similar to Fisherbrand™ IB™ model, but without the one-way valve
  • Use only with glass collection tubes
  • Technique reduces second centrifugation, tube labeling and sample preparation time
  • Allows direct sampling into automatic laboratory equipment
  • Eliminates fibrin, particulate matter and equipment downtime
