Human Glucocorticoid Receptor (residues 245-259) Synthetic Peptide, PEP-002, from Invitrogen.

PEP-002 is a 15 amino acid (amino acids 245-259) synthetic peptide whose sequence is from the amino terminus of the human glucocorticoid receptor (GR). The sequence of this peptide is (amino to carboxy terminus): C-K-P-L-I-L-P-D-T-K-P-K-I-K-D (The N-terminal cysteine has been added to facilitate conjugation and is not a part of the native human GR sequence)This peptide may be used for neutralization and control experiments with the polyclonal antibody that reacts with this product and the human GR, catalog # PA1-512. Using a solution with equal weights per unit volume of peptide and corresponding antibody will yield a solution with a large molar excess of peptide that is able to competitively bind the antibody.Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water.
