TNFRSF9 Monoclonal Antibody (OTI5H5), TrueMAB™, OriGene
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: OriGene TA801748
Description
CD137 is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily and contributes to the clonal expansion, survival, and development of T cells. CD137 exists as both a monomer and a dimer on the surface of activated T cells. CD137 can also induce proliferation in peripheral monocytes, enhance T cell apoptosis induced by TCR/CD3 triggered activation, and regulate CD28 co-stimulation to promote Th1 cell responses. The expression of CD137 is induced by lymphocyte activation. CD137 is also an inducible receptor-like protein expressed on the cell surface of activated splenic T cells and thymocytes. CD137 exists as both a monomer and a dimer on the surface of activated T cells.Specifications
