Tris-Glycine SDS Running Buffer (10X) is used as the electrophoresis buffer during the stacking and resolve process of sodium dodecyl sulfate - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). It is ideally suited for protein gel analysis in biochemical, molecular biological, cell biological,and immunological research studies.
