    • Unlimited number of demand on-site service visits with a maximum 72-hour response
    • Engineer labor and travel is included
    • Priority status for technical support inquiries, response within 2 hours
    • One (1) scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit
    • Kit of basic consumables required for routine Preventive Maintenance
    • Factory-certified replacement parts included
    • Software updates and notifications
    Limited Support Plan
    The Limited Support Plan is an affordable option that delivers predictive and preventive maintenance services with the added assurance of an additional on-site visit. This plan will help you save resources, decrease downtime, and sustain employee efficiency.        
    • One (1) demand on-site field service visit, response within five days
    • Engineer labor and travel is included for one (1) demand on-site field service visit
    • Priority status for technical support inquiries
    • One (1) scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit
    • Kit of basic consumables required for routine Preventive Maintenance
    Proactive Support Plan
    This plan is ideal for customers that utilize internal maintenance resources and are seeking to infuse predictive and proactive measures to help increase uptime and eliminate issues before they arise. You will have the peace of mind that you will have the backing of industry experts, the convenience of priority electronic or telephone support as often as you need it, and your instruments will remain current with the latest software advancements.        
    • One (1) scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit with Engineer labor and travel included
    • Kit of basic consumables required for routine Preventive Maintenance
    • Priority status for technical support inquiries
    • Software updates and notifications
    Depot Support Plan
    The Depot Support Plan is ideal for instruments that can be shipped to our Depot Repair Center. The plan combines unlimited repair with one preventative maintenance service to ensure your instrument provides the accurate data you rely on. This cost-effective, fixed rate plan assures your instrument undergoes dedicated, thorough service—without having to incur on-site service costs.
    • One (1) scheduled Preventative Maintenance service at the Depot Repair Facility
    • Unlimited repair return service at the Depot Repair Facility
    • Priority status for technical support inquiries
    • Software updates and notifications
    Warranty Upgrade On-Site Service
    • Includes unlimited on-site repair service
    • Includes factory certified parts
    • Engineer labor and travel charges included
    • Does not include Preventative maintenance or qualification service
