Orders must be placed by September 30, 2017. Redemption forms and proof of purchase must be received by October 31, 2017. Proof of purchase consists of an order confirmation, delivery ticket, packing list, invoice or acknowledgement. Redemptions must be completed in full to be a valid entry.
