Pluriselect EDTA Solution 0.2 M in PBS, pH 7.4 , 50 ml
EDTA Stock Solution is a sterile, pH adjusted 100x concentrate. Dilute the concentrate to achieve the working reagent. EDTA binds calcium and other metals and is usable as an chelating agent for preserving blood sample. Moreover EDTA can be added to buffers for cell washing steps or in running buffers for flow cytometry or automated cell separation methods
