DSR-141562 is an orally active, selective, brain-penetrant phosphodiesterase 1 (PDE1) inhibitor. It shows preferential selectivity for human PDE1B and inhibits human PDE1A and 1C. This compound is used in the study of positive symptoms, negative symptoms, and cognitive impairments associated with schizophrenia.
