A multi-kinase inhibitor selectively inhibits MET VEGFR2 Axl and Mer (IC50s 3 15 5.8 and 0.6 nM respectively) over serine/threonine kinases for which it has no activity but does inhibit 28 additional RTKs (IC50s 3-54 nM) and additional kinases by greater than 70 at 1 UM inhibits the proliferation of SNU-5 cells (IC50 98.9 nM) and HUVECs (IC50 10.4 nM) reduces tumor volume and intratumoral MET phosphorylation in NCI H441 and SNU-5 mouse xenograft models at 3 and 10 mg/kg increases the number of peripheral B cells and CD4 T cells and decreases the number of peripheral myeloid cells in an MC-38 syngeneic mouse model of colon carcinoma at 30 mg/kg
