Cinnamaldehydes
Organic compounds that contain a benzene ring bonded to an alkene bonded to an aldehyde group in the following structure: C6H5CH=CHCHO. Cinnamaldehyde occurs naturally in the bark of cinnamon trees giving cinnamon its flavor and odor.
